Use a goal statement to help define your objectives.
I'm going to try to lose a lot of weight this year.
I will loose 25 lbs by September 25, 2010
You set a goal as a destination. Sometimes you achieve it, sometimes you don't.
However, if you never set a goal then you miss it 100% of the time.
The best part, is that you will learn to set better goals the more you do it.
