Welcome to the final week of my weight loss Kaizen. I've lost another 3.5 lbs and I'm off my medication.
I set my goal at: 2.0 lbs / wk for 5 weeks = 10 lbs by May 11th: I was 225.5 lbs
As of May 11th I weigh 210.0 lbs.
I didn't just achieve my goal. I surpassed it by 55%.
Benefits of this Kaizen:
- I'm very aware of what I ingest into my body
- I have more energy for my 2 yr old daughter D.
- I no longer have to take cholesterol medication
- 3 friends have signed up and are now loosing weight also
I highly recommend MyFitnessPal.com if you looking for a simple way to loose weight and learn about what you are eating. I plan to keep using MFP but not post again until I'm below 200 lbs.
